1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all access to and use of the jlpark website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account or using the Services in any manner, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 jlpark reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the jlpark platform with the revised effective date. Continued use of jlpark following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlpark's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the binding agreement between you and jlpark.

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement. jlpark is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Persons under 21 years of age are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using jlpark in any capacity.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. jlpark's services are intended for users in the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that use of jlpark does not violate local laws applicable to them.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or are subject to court orders restricting their financial transactions are not eligible to use jlpark.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each eligible person may maintain only one (1) registered account on jlpark. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2.5 jlpark reserves the right to verify a user's eligibility at any time and to request identity documentation as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance under PAGCOR requirements.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 To access real-money services on jlpark, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number registered with Smart or Globe (or any PLDT-affiliated carrier).

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jlpark shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

3.3 jlpark may require enhanced identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, approving bonus claims, or lifting deposit limits. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlpark currently supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported methods may change at jlpark's discretion with reasonable notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on jlpark are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱/PHP). jlpark does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any foreign currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the user.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jlpark account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–2 business days depending on the originating institution. jlpark is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. jlpark targets same-day processing for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the user's verification status.

4.5 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are posted within the jlpark platform and may be updated periodically.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA) and PAGCOR requirements, jlpark may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Suspicious transaction reports may be filed with AMLC where legally required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free credits, free spins, and promotional rewards offered by jlpark are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are disclosed with each promotion.

5.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be maintained separately in your jlpark account balance at the platform's discretion.

5.3 jlpark reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Misuse or abuse of bonus offers — including opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games on jlpark — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

6.2 jlpark uses third-party certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live game outcomes. RNG certification and Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are available within the platform. Live dealer games are subject to real-time monitoring and recording.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects game outcomes or displayed results, jlpark reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers. jlpark's technical records shall be the primary reference in all disputed outcomes.

6.4 Bets placed after a game round has been officially closed — whether due to network latency, browser errors, or other connectivity issues — will be voided and the wager refunded.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlpark and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds without notice:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with jlpark's games or platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing in sports betting or poker-style games
• Using jlpark for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law
• Registering multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds for betting activity

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 jlpark is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible from account settings.

8.2 21+ Enforcement. jlpark enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement through PAGCOR-mandated KYC verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jlpark platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jlpark or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jlpark's platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works from jlpark's content without express written consent is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlpark's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to jlpark in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10.2 jlpark shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the jlpark platform.

10.3 jlpark makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access jlpark at your own risk and are responsible for your own device security.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 jlpark collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 jlpark reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, PAGCOR compliance requirements, suspicious activity, or at jlpark's sole discretion with or without notice.

12.2 Upon account closure, jlpark will return verified account balances (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) to the payment method used for deposits, subject to KYC verification completion.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and all matters arising from your use of jlpark are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, jlpark encourages users to first attempt resolution through jlpark's internal customer support process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism available to licensed platform players.

13.3 For disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 jlpark may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting.
